Before sending a proof for a custom print job, our dedicated team meticulously examines prototypes and proofs. Each proof undergoes a comprehensive review and approval process by our Prepress Technician, Project Manager, and Production Manager. This multi-layered approach guarantees accuracy and adherence to specifications, giving our clients confidence in the final product.

Crafting Comprehensive PrototypesList Item 2
Our prototypes are crafted with precision to encompass all aspects of the final product. Whether it's a box, brochure, or sign requiring finishing, we leave no detail unchecked. For instance:
Boxes: Our prototypes are meticulously cut, folded, and glued to reflect the dimensions and appearance of the finished product, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
Brochures: Folded items like brochures undergo accurate mock-ups and folding to ensure precise panel sizes and alignment.
Signs: For signs requiring finishing such as Zund cutting, taping, or velcro, our prototypes showcase the die line, and physical tape or velcro positions are accurately demonstrated, ensuring seamless execution in production.

Mock Up and Pre Production SampleList Item 1
Before commencing printing on a job of critical importance to the customer, two sets of proofs should be created. Initially, a mock-up is generated in the prepress stage prior to providing the client with a proof. Additionally, before proceeding with printing, another mock-up, referred to as a pre-production proof, is created. This proof is compared to the initial mock-up to ensure that color and registration remain accurate. Approval of this pre-production proof is required from at least one additional production manager, project manager, or prepress technician.

Quality Assurance Checks During PrintingList Item 4
During the printing process on the HP, our operation implements internal technologies to detect any issues with the run, such as inconsistencies in graphics. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the operator to review the printed sheets approximately every 150 or so to ensure quality and identify any potential problems.
